The following email settings apply to programs such as Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail as well as smartphones.

NOTE: you can also log into Webmail and there will be a section that contains setup instructions.

Incoming Mail Server:
(POP3): *OR*

Incoming Server Port: 995 (SSL should be set to ON)

Outgoing Mail Server: (SMTP): *OR*

Outgoing Server Port: 465 or 587 (SSL should be set to ON)

User / Account Name:
NOTE: some email clients assume the username is just the portion before the @ sign. You will need to make sure you have your full email address including the wherever user name / account name is referenced.

Password: your email password (upper and lower case entries DO matter)

For outgoing mail you should also set it to require authentication. Then use your same email address and password for the username / password to authenticate.

IMAP Server (used as incoming server only): (Port 993 SSL should be set to ON)
NOTE: if you use IMAP instead of POP3 as the incoming mail server, please be sure you regularly delete emails off the server. If you want to see how much space on the mail server you are using, log in using webmail and usage will be shown in the top left navigation area.

This tends to happen with Apple products the most, after an update. Go in and make sure the incoming mail server has SSL turned off is the fix. For recent versions of iOS (phones / iPads), follow these instructions:

To get to mail settings you need to be in the SETTINGS, then choose PASSWORDS & ACCOUNTS.
Click on the email account you need to update from there, scroll down and click on ADVANCED button to get
into where the settings noted need to be updated.
